Booking Condition
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total room night(s) confirmed amount is required within 5 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
- For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
- All payments are to be made in US or Austalian dollars or Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or direct cash payment upon arrival. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate
